摘要
详细论述了美国Dow化学公司、日本Nissan化学工业公司和Toyobo公司为代表的 4,6-二氨基间二苯酚的合成专利技术、研究进展及发展趋势。并选择三种不同工艺进行合成DAR的探索性试验。结果表明 :以连三氯苯为原料合成的DAR ,经精制和处理可使其氧化分解得到延缓 ,纯度达到制备超高分子质量PBO的聚合级要求 。
To prepare, stabilize and apply novel 4,6 diaminoresorcinol(DAR) monomer, the patents and technology progress are reviewed in this paper. DAR is synthesized exploringly by three synthetic methods. The results show that the DAR quality from 1,2,3 trichlorobenzene is better than from other raw materials, reaching the specification for preparing super high molecular weight PBO. At the same time, further studying goal is suggested in developing high purity and lower cost DAR monomer.
