摘要 变电站外绝缘泄漏电流的在线监测技术是近年来的研究热点,特别是多设备外绝缘的综合监测技术是研究中的难点。介绍研制并开发的一套基于虚拟仪器技术的超高压变电站多设备外绝缘泄漏电流综合在线监测系统。开发的适用于各种电力设备不同电压等级和不同结构尺寸的外绝缘泄漏电流传感器,实现了微弱信号的调理和传输,解决了强电磁环境下的抗干扰问题,并应用虚拟仪器技术实现多设备多点泄漏电流的循环检测、数据分析、趋势查询、远程监控等功能。系统已在平顶山谢庄变电站挂网运行,取得良好的监测效果,可在重污秽区域推广应用以提高电力设备的运行安全。 s:On-line monitoring technique for leakage current of exterior insulation in power substation is studied hotly in recent years.Especially the technique for multiple equipments is difficult in these studies.In this paper,a integrated on-line monitoring system for leakage current of exterior insulation is designed and developed,which is based on the technique of virtual instrument.The sensors used in measuring the leakage current of exterior insulation are developed for different voltages and structures in power equipments.The conditioning and transferring of feeble signal are made out.The anti-jamming in the strong electromagnetism environment is resolved.It also realizes cycle examining,analyzing of history data,trend querying,remote monitoring and so on with the technique of virtual instrument.This system has been running in the Xiezhuang Power Substation from then on and the effects are satisfied,it can be applied in the heavy pollution area in order to make power equipments working more securely.
