摘要
姚孟发电有限责任公司1号锅炉原系上海锅炉厂设计、制造的第1台国产300MW机组UP型直流锅炉,为提高机组调峰能力,由英国三井巴布科克能源有限公司改造设计成低质量流速、具有正流量响应的垂直管圈水冷壁、亚临界压力中间再热直流锅炉。本文介绍锅炉改造前后概况、改造设计原理、改造后锅炉运行控制原理及电厂锅炉调峰问题,并作了效益分析。
The original No.1boiler of Henan Yaomeng Power Generation corp.Ltd.was the first homemade300MW UP type once-through boiler designed and made by shanghai Boiler Works.In order to raise the peaking capability of the unit,Mitsui Babcock Energy Corp.Ltd.was contracted to retrofit this boiler to be a subcritical pressure,reheating once-through boiler with low mass velocity,positive flow response,vertical tube coil waterwall.The paper briefs the general situation of boiler before and after retrofitting,design principle of retrofitting,operation-control principle and peaking capability of boiler after retrofitting,and analyzes the retrofitting benefit.
