摘要
在理论分析的基础上,对火力发电厂钢球磨煤机进行大小钢球不同配比对制粉系统出力的影响试验,分析钢球消耗量、制粉电耗、制粉出力间的内在联系,推荐经济的钢球配比比例。
On the basis of theoretical analysis,the tests of steel ball matching of different sizes for pulverized coal preparation system with tube mill in coal-fired power plant were conducted,the impact on the output of system,ball consumption,electricity consumption of coal pulverizing,and their internal relations were analyzed,and thus the economic ball matching was recommended.
