湖南西部水电开发西电东送研究

Study on hydropower exploitation and power delivery from the west to the east in Hunan province

为配合国家西部大开发战略,在“十五”至“十二五”期间湖南省将开发西部水电3GW左右,其大部分电能将东送至湖南主电网,构成湖南省“西电东送”的格局。为保证西部水电电能的安全稳定送出,研究表明送出采用500kV和220kV二级电压是适宜的,且近期送出网络保持500kV/220kV高低压电磁环网合环运行是必要的。湖南湘西电网通过怀化500kV变电所及相关500kV/220kV线路的建设,加强其自身网架结构及与湖南主电网的联系。

In order to coordinate the strategy of West China Development,3GWof hydropower will be exploited in the western part of Hunan province between the Tenth and Twelfth Five-year Plan period,and a majority of water power will be delivered from the western to the eastern part of Hunan.It's feasible that hydropower be transmitted with500kV and220kV voltage,and it's necessary to ensure the power network security and stability with500kV/220kV high/low voltage electromagnetic ring networks.The frame structure of the western power network of Hunan and its links to Hunan main power system will be enhanced through Huaihua500kV substation and500kV/220kV lines building.
