摘要
介绍研制的分级分布式控制模型实现锅炉风粉在线控制,该模型与其他控制系统协调统一。其基本原理是保证煤粉总量稳定的前提下,实现一次风速、二次风速、煤粉质量浓度的均衡控制。机组在100～220MW负荷范围内实现了第3、4层给粉机自启停。
The staged-distributed type control model was researched and developed,so as to realize the on-line air and pulverized coal control of boiler.This model is coordinated and integrated with the other control system.Its basic principle is to realize the equilibrium control of primary air velocity,secondary air velocity and pulverized coal concentration on the premise of ensuring the stability of total pulverized coal amount.With No.5200MWunit in Jiaozuo Power Plant as an example,within the load range of100～220MW,the automatic start-up and shutdown of third and fourth level pulverized coal feeders have been realized.
