摘要
介绍珠江电厂为解决燃烧器倾角问题、完善再热器出口汽温控制方案,提出通过限制燃烧器倾角调节范围、不同燃烧器倾角开度采用不同调节速率和再热器事故喷水参与调节时限制燃烧器倾角开度等办法,使1号机组的燃烧器倾角能长期投入自动控制再热器出口汽温,达到了电厂运行要求,降低了运行人员的操作强度,提高了锅炉整体热效率。
Guangdong Zhujiang Thermal Power Plant,for solving the tilting angle problem of boiler burners in an attempt to improve the control mode of reheater outlet steam temperature,put forward the following method,i.e.,through limiting the regulating range of burners' tilting angles,employing different regulating rate for different tilting angle openings of burners and limiting tilting angle opening of burners during participation of emergency reheater spraying etc.measures,so as to be able to put the automatic regulation of burners' tilting angle into long time operation,to control the reheater outlet steam temperature of No.1boiler.Through these retrofits,the operation requirements of power plant have been satisfied,with the labour intensity of operators reduced and the whole heat efficiency of boiler raised.
