冷渣器是循环流化床锅炉的关键部件,国内已投运的循环流化床锅炉的冷渣器问题较多,石家庄热电厂220t/h循环流化床锅炉选用风水联合式冷渣器,通过对其设计、运行的深入分析,认为这种国外引进的新型冷渣器在设计上较成功,具有大型化的潜力,并针对存在的问题提出改进措施。

Ash-slag cooler is a key component of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler.There are rather many problems existing in the ash-slag coolers of CFB boilers in operation at home.220t/h CFB boiler in shijiazhuang Cogeneration Power Plant adopted air-water combined type ash-slag cooler.Through a deep analysis of its design and operation,it is thought that such kind of imported new type ash-slag cooler is quite successful in design,with potential to be scaled up.Improvement measures in light of the existing problems are put forward too in the paper.
