摘要
通过对库存、定位和分配之间的关系进行研究 ,建立整合库存控制的分销网络设计模型——LIM(Location Inventory Model)。此模型和以往的分销网络设计模型不同之处在于 ,LIM将分销中心的订货费、存储费和缺货费考虑到设计模型中 ,并且在求解定位 -分配问题的同时 ,也确定了分销中心订货策略中的订货点和订货量。由于两个问题是同时求解的 ,这使得分销网络设计中的决策更加科学。
The relationships between the inventory, location and allocation are studied in this paper. Based on the cycle service lever of the distribution network, the distribution network designing model - LIM is formulated. The LIM(Location Inventory Model) integrates inventory control and LAP(Location Allocation Problems). It overcomes the flaws of the current distribution network designing models, which ignore inventory cost of distribution centers and customs service item. Through the model,we can get the solutions of distribution network,the reorder point and order amount of distribution centers’ inventory strategy at the same time. At the end of this paper, an example is given.
