摘要
在对西南地区体育人力资源进行调查的基础上,分析了西南地区体育人力资源现状的基本特征和制约其发展的原因,提出西南地区体育人力资源开发的总体目标、战略构想、开发模式和对策措施。
Based on the investigation upon South-western sports talents' resources, it analysed its element features and the cause to restricting its development and point out the entire goal, strategy, development model and countermeasures of South-western sports talents' development.
