Planning and implementing of information network security system for SEPCO

介绍山东电力信息网络安全规划及实施情况,总结在网络安全规划及实施过程中的体会,探讨当前在进行信息网络安全建设中应注意的问题,提出应根据各单位信息网络建设现状,综合考虑管理、技术、制度、机制等多方面因素,才能建立可靠的信息网络安全系统。在信息网络安全建设中,关键是要树立网络整体安全观念、动态安全观念,建立需求推进型安全体制。

This paper introduces the planning and implementing of the information network security system for the SEPCO,and discusses the problems during planning and implementing of information network security system,combined with the experiences during the planning and implementing.To establish a reliable information network security system,it must take into account the various factors of management,technology,rules,mechanism and etc.,according to the present state of one's information network.The key to build the information network security is to establish the concept of integrated and dynamic information network security,to establish a mechanism,of which the informa-tion network security is boosted by demand.
