Study on Foundry Technology of the Pump Runner Band for Wanjiazhai Project

本文通过优化铸造工艺设计及改进 ,提出了消除铸件缺陷的措施 ,解决了泵轮下环在制定工艺过程中存在的问题 ,适用于大、中型铸造行业。

In this paper,the measure of eliminating the casting defects is proposed by optimizing and improving the foundry technology.The problems about preparing foundry technology of the punp runner band is solved.It is suitable for large and middle foundry industry.
