摘要
通过对香港地区淘大花园“非典型肺炎”传染案例的分析,结合现有城市住宅与居住区现状,指出现时存在的与建筑设计相关的问题与隐患,提出目前针对性的紧急应对措施,并且明确发展健康住宅是有助于我们从源头上杜绝类似情况再发生。
The author analyses the case of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)infection in Hong Kong Taoda Garden,points out problems and incipient faults existing in building design in view of current situation of urban housing and residential area,presents emergency countermeasures,and explains the development of healthy housing will help us put an end to similar happening from origin.
