根据微观经济学理论并结合环境科学提出了负价值物质的概念,指出无论从使用价值,还是从稀缺性衡量,其价值均为负值.进一步讨论了负价值物质的特性———绝对富余和相对富余,还探讨了其定价方法,如支付意愿法、市场价值法、环境损失估价法、源值估价法、移动费用法、处理费用法等.

In this paper the concept of minus value matter has been put forward according to microeconomics combined with environmental science, whose value is minus no matter how it is weighed by use value or scarcity. The characteristics of minus value matter are farther discussed, i.e., absolute surplus and relative surplus. The methods how to determine its price have been discussed, including the following methods of payment desire, market value, environmental loss, source value estimation removal cost and treatment cost.
