摘要
介绍了聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵P(DMC)使用氧化还原K2S2O8 NaHSO3体系作聚合引发剂的水溶液聚合方法,探讨了其最佳反应条件对聚合物特性粘度的影响,并用红外光谱对聚合物的结构进行了确认.P(DMC)的最佳聚合条件为:DMC溶液的最佳质量百分比为35%,反应温度为50~60℃,反应时间为5~6h.
This paper introduces the equeous solution polymerization method of Polymethylaryloloxyethyl trimethy ammonium chloride P(DMC) with redox system K2S2O8/NaHSO3 taken as an initiator. The effect of the optimal reaction conditions on the polymer's characteristic riscosity is also discussed. The polymer's structure is confirmed by IR spectrum. The best polymerization conditions of P(DMC) are as follows:the mass fraction of DMC solution is 35%, the reaction temperature is 50~60 ℃, the reaction time is 5~6 h.
