The Fuzzy Analysis in View of Entropy Coefficient for Influence Factor of Large Scale Project Decision Making

在分析大型社会公共项目决策影响因素的基础上,我们建立了基于熵权的模糊决策分析模型。结合模糊数学和熵的思想,运用多属性决策分析中的双基点法,该模型对大型社会公共项目决策的影响因素进行模糊分析,可为项目开发商分析关键影响因素提供决策参考,有一定的实际应用指导意义。

This paper analyzes the key influence factors of large scale project decisionmaking, puts out a model based on entropy coefficient and fuzzy theory, the double base points method for multiple attribute decision making is also used in this model. In the model, we introduce the concepts of entropy coefficient and the closeness to ideal point, definite the key degree of influence factor for large project decisionmaking. At last, one example is given, it shows the model is reasonable and effective for key factor analysis of large scale project decisionmaking.
