民办高校的办学模式应该鼓励其多样性。根据浙江树人大学办学 19年来的经历 ,从学校的董事会领导体制、办学经费的投入机制、“树人为本”的办学理念等几方面作了剖析 ,探讨了民办高校的办学模式之一———浙江树人大学办学模式 ,其目的是为了加快树大自身的发展 ,并希望能有助于推动民办高等教育事业的发展。

Diverse educational modes must be encouraged in running private colleges and universities. Based on the 19-year experience of running Zhejiang Shuren University, the author analyses the leading system of the board, input mechanism of educational appropriation and the concept of 'basing education on rearing people'. The exploration of the educational mode of the Zhejiang Shuren University, one of the educational modes in running private colleges and universities, aims at accelerating the development of the Zhejiang Shuren University itself and hoping to promote the development of non-governmental tertiary educational cause.
