摘要
太极拳对于中老年人健身作用突出 ,但由于种种非科学的选项、练习等原因易导致练习者腿部运动损伤 ,提出预防性、治疗性的运动处方为中老年人太极拳健身服务 ,以确保健身的实际效果。
Taijiquan has a significantly function on improve th e health of middle and elder people. Because of some reasons, it can also bring the injury of leg. Based on it, the author put forwards the exercise prescriptio n of prevention and treatment so as to service the middle and elder people's bod y exercise of Tijiquan, ensure the practical effect of body exercise.
