全球经济的发展和企业面临的动态变化的市场环境对制造业提出了敏捷性的要求 ,敏捷供应链管理成为当今商业界和理论界研究的热点。可重组性是敏捷供应链的一个重要特征 ,文中探讨了敏捷供应链重组的过程和相关技术 ,采用多主体思想建立可重组供应链系统的总体框架 ,以满足系统的可重构、可重用、可扩展的要求 ,以一虚拟的供应链为例进行计算 。

Along with the development of the global economics and dynamic market environment, agility is becoming a characteristic of modern manufacturing. Agile supply chain management becomes a hot topic in the business and academic fields. The ability of reengineering is an important aspect of agility. Process and related technology of agile supply chain reengineering is discussed. Multi agent concept is adopted in the structure reengineering to facilitate the modeling process. Modular models are established to satisfy the requests of a reconfigurable, reusable and scalable system. A virtual supply chain is used to illustrate the role of overall supply chain performance measurement in the reengineering process.
