A JIT-based Model for BOM Designing

介绍了一个产品数据库管理中的 BOM的设计模型。该模型采用多层嵌套 BOM表的方式描述产品的结构 ,实现了产品、半成品 BOM的灵活的联动设计。同时引入在 BOM表中零件的用料提前时间的概念 ,在生产领料清单的计算过程中考虑了成品的生产工期、中间自产零件的生产工期和零件供货期的时间因数 ,实现了装配生产过程中零件需求的数量和需求时间的计算。本文还给出了一种改进的多叉树深度递归算法 ,实现递归过程中的 BOM表循环嵌套的检测。

This paper gives a model for BOM designing in product data management. A nested multilevel structure of BOM is presented to describe the construction of product and half product, which actualizes the mutual alteration in the BOM designing. By introducing the conception of leading time into the BOM table, and considering of the production period and parts' delivery time. The requirement of material can be determined. An improved recursive arithmetic for tree searching is also presented to examine the case of circulation of BOM.
