摘要
对卧式离心滚筒光磨机进行了力学分析 ,从理论上推导出了卧式离心光磨机主要参数与惯性力之间的关系式 ,为卧式离心滚筒光磨机的设计提供了理论依据。计算结果与目前国外同类产品的技术参数有较好的一致性 。
The paper has made mechanics analysis for a machine of horizontal centrifugal barrel finishing, and deduced theoretical relationship formula of main parameters of the machine and an inertia force of a workpiece or an abrasive chip. The formula serves as the theoretical basis for the machine design. The calculation results using the formula agree well with the parameters of the congener products abroad, which means that the theoretical analysis of the paper is reasonable.
