摘要
克林贝格制 (Klingelnberg)锥齿轮除了具有一般螺旋锥齿轮的优点外 ,其加工是连续切削 ,生产效率高 ,齿面之间是鼓形齿接触 ,可以避免对角接触 ,是锥齿轮发展的主要方向之一。但加工过程中需要反复试切、修正才能满足要求。本文根据克林贝格锥齿轮加工中 ,齿轮、摇台和刀盘之间的相对运动关系 ,提出了利用计算机软件进行模拟加工的方法 ,使设计人员可以事先在计算机上全方位地观察到齿面的加工质量 。
The spiral bevel gear of Klingelnberg type is one of the future versions since it can cut continually with a high production efficiency and the drum shape contacting profile can avoid dialogue contact. However, it is necessary to cut and modify repeatedly in order to meet the requirement. Based on the movement relation among the spiral bevel gear of Klingelnberg type, operating board and the cutter head, an approach of computer simulated manufacturing is put forward in this paper, which can help the designers to observe the manufacturing condition of the gear profile thoroughly on a computer, and greatly reduce the cost for manufacturing greatly.
