摘要 在物理仿真的基础上 ,研究了板料拉深成形过程中材料的性能参数和工艺参数对板料成形性能的影响 ,着重分析了对板料两道次拉深成形的影响。结果表明 。 Based on physical simulation, the effects of property parameters and technological parameters on deformability are studied in sheet metal drawing. It is emphasized especially on two stage deep drawing. Simulation results show that both property parameters and technological parameters influence much more on two stage drawing than one stage drawing. They also show that two stage deep drawing and one stage deep drawing influence each other, and should not be considered separately.
