On WTO Transparency Principles and China′s Administrative Patency

透明度原则是WTO规则中最基本的原则之一,它对各国政府行政公开提出了很高的要求。我国入世后,更应结合政府行政公开的现状及存在的问题,寻求积极的对策,完善行政公开制度,增强行政法规政策的透明度,以便依法行政和符合WTO的要求。

Transparency principles is one of the most general WTO rules. It present strict and high standard of administrative patency on regime of every country. After our country′s entry to WTO, it is necessary to perfect administrative patency of our government and enhance the transparency of administrative legislation.
