摘要 介绍一种90°弯管注射模抽芯机构的优化设计方案及其工作过程 ,并对设计中的一些关键问题进行了分析讨论 ,其特别之处在于用较简单可行的复合抽芯机构解决了在同一位置需直线抽芯和圆弧抽芯动作的复杂问题 。 An optimized design of the core_pulling mechanism of the injection mould for the 90° curved pipes and its working process were introduced. The key points of the design were discussed. The speciality of the design is to solve the complicated problem of making the straight_line core_pulling action and the arc_line core_pulling action at the same place by using a relatively simple and practical compound core_pulling mechanism. This core_pulling mechanism has been successfully applied in the production of various elbow pipes.
