摘要
针对冷挤压模早期断裂失效现象 ,应用有限元方法对结构的受力状况进行分析 ,分析结果表明凹模应力分布不均且应力值较大 ,后将凹模与模座间的公差改为过盈配合 ,改进后凹模所受最大应力降低了27.6 %。
In view of the early stage cracking failure of cold extrusion dies, finite elements method was applied to analyze the stress status of the structure of dies. The results indicated uneven stress spread and high stress value in the dies. Finally the tolerance between the dies and the dies holder was changed to excess match. The improvement lowered the maximum stress by 27.6% and extended the service life of dies.
