几种中草药植物粗提物对菜青虫的杀虫活性初报

Insecticidal Activity of the Alcohol Extracts from Six Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine Plant against the Cabbage Butterfly Larvae (Pieris rapae L.)

用3龄菜青虫(PierisrapaeL.)对重楼、蓝桉、打破碗花花、问荆、木贼和构树6种中草药植物的粗提物进行了室内杀虫活性的测定。结果表明:重楼对菜青虫的触杀作用和室内防治效果较高,72h校正死亡率分别达77 68%和85 33%,胃毒作用为30 00%,具有开发应用的潜力。

Insecticidal activity of alcohol extracts from six kinds of Chinese herbal medicine plant and their effects on the larvae of cabbage butterfly (Pieris rapae L.) were studied in lab. The results indicate that the extract from manyleaf paris (Paris polyphlla Smith) has the strongest contacting toxcity because its revised motality is as high as 7768%, and it possesses the best effectiveness of controlling cabbage butterfly in lab, compared with the others of 8533%. Therefore, the value of application of manyleaf paris are to be studied further.
