从河川水分离假结核耶尔森菌结果分析

Result Analysis on Y.pseudotuberculosis Isolated from Water of River and Plain

目的 调查河川水假结核耶尔森菌 (Y .pseudotuberculosis)分布情况。方法 采集河川水用 3种处理方法进行目的菌分离。结果 检出Y .pseudotuberculosis2 8株。 结论 检查河川水进行目的菌分离是一个非常好的指标。

Objective To investigate distributive circumstances in water from river and plain.Methods We collected water from river and plain and isolated the target bacteria with three kinds of methods.Results Twenty-eight strains Y.pseudotuberculosis were isolated.Conclusion It is a better index to check water from river and plain to isolate target bacteria.
