The market determination of interest rate requires a solid micro-basis in the market economy.Such a micro-basis has not yet been available in the present China.The interest rate market determination, if carried out under this situation, would inevitably lead to serious moral risks for the government, the banks and the business firms, torture further the economic behavior, and bring out a negative end.
