对几种类胡萝卜素促进因子进行初步研究 ,从中选出对红酵母的色素产量和生物量有显著影响的促进因子核黄素和番茄汁共同实验 ,结果显示红酵母的色素产量和生物量分别比对照增加了 71 31%和 6 9 95 %。
