乳酸菌素治疗消化性溃疡的临床分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :观察乳酸菌素治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 :共 2 8例患者 ,治疗组 12例 ,对照组 16例。治疗组口服乳酸菌素、思密达 ,对照组口服西米替丁、阿莫西林、硫糖铝片。二组均用药 4 w。结果 :腹疼症状缓解率治疗组为 10 0 % ,对照组为 95 %。呕吐症状缓解率均为 10 0 %。溃疡愈合率治疗组为 10 0 % ,对照组为75 %。结论 :乳酸菌素在抑制幽门螺杆菌感染 。 Objective:Watch the curative effect of Lacidophilin on peptic ulcer Method:Divide 28 patients into two groups:one is for cure,consisting of 12 patients,taking biofermin and smecta orally;another is for contrast,consisting of 16 patients taking Cimetidine,Amoxicillin and sucralfate tablets Each group needs to take medicine for four weeke Result:Abdominal pains relief rate for cure group and contrast group is 100 percent and 95 percent respectively; relief rate of vomiting is 100 percent for each group;coalescence rate of ulcer is 100 percent and 75 percent respectively Conclusion:Lacidophilin take an obvious effect on restraining being affected by Helicobacter pyloli ,keeping microecological balance of digestive system and adjusting organism immunity
