摘要
针对六自由度运动平台电液伺服控制系统对位置反馈的需求,选择磁致伸缩式位移传感器作为位移检测元件。该传感器通过测量起始脉冲与终止脉冲之间的时间差即可精确地确定液压缸的位移量,具有精度高、成本低、寿命长和安装简便等优点。
According to requirement of position feed back,the magnetostrictive displacement sensor was selected for component of measure the position of electrichydraulic servo systems.It can accurately measure out the position by the time intervals between the originating pulses and the terminating pulses.It has a much better precision,lower cost,longer life and it more convenient to install.
