对土地运营中“三个主体”进行了分析;根据不同产业资本运营观点,结合土地经营环境和现行政策,提出了在土地资本运营实施过程中,要注意解决好的问题;并就几点问题提出了实现土地资本运营的3个基本策略。

In this paper, we analyzed three major bodies in land operation based on different view points of industrial capital operation, combining with land operation environment and administrative policy. And we pointed out some problems that should be correctly processed in land capital operation progress, and proposed three basic tactics to realize land capital operation.
