摘要
针对国内种子包衣机在结构设计、计量控制、制造质量与喷头堵塞等方面存在的不足,研制开发出了一种新型种子包衣机。该机采用计量泵供给药液,外槽轮定量供给种子,实现泵和外槽轮同步转动,达到精确、稳定的种药配比,减小种药变异系数。通过对种子定量供给装置、种衣剂超细雾化装置、种子抛撒装置和再搅拌装置的设计与应用,既解决了雾化喷头堵塞问题,又提高了种子包衣合格率指标。试验结果表明,种药比调节范围20~120,种衣合格率≥95%,种药变异系数≤2.5%,种子破碎率<0.1%,可满足作物种子包衣的技术要求。
A new type of seed coating machine had been developed for solving the deficiency of the seed coating machine at home in the aspects of structural design, quantitative control, manufacturing quality and spray nozzle jam etc. By applying the controlled volume pump providing seed coating as well as the outer-grooved sheave supplying constantly seed to the machine. It can realize synchronous running both the controlled volume pump and the outer-grooved sheave, achieve the ratio of weights of seeds and seed coating precisely and steadily, diminish the bata coefficient between the seeds and seed coating. By designing and applying to the device of feeding at a fixed amount, the device of seed coating super-atomization, the device of seeds throwing and the device of churn-dasher, the problem of spray nozzle jam had been solved and the qualified rate of the seeds coated had been improved also .The experiments show that the ratio of weights of seeds and seed coating can been adjusted widely from 25 to 125, the qualified rate of the seeds coated is more than 95 percent, the bata coefficient between the seeds and seed coating is no more than 2.5 percent, the cracked rate is less than 0.1 percent .In short, It can satisfy the requirements of the seed coated technology to most of seeds .
