本文详细地讨论了IP电信网存在的诸多关键技术问题,指出IP电信网有能力综合现有全部电信业务,可以提供与传统电信网相同的安全性和相同好的服务质量,而且不会因此而加大IP网的复杂性。IP电信网的关键问题,不是不可逾越的,有相当部分技术业已存在,IP电信网是可以在近期实现的。

This paper discusses the some key-technical problem existing the IP telecommunication network. It points out that the IP telecom-network has the ability to integrate all the telecommunication service, to provides same security and QoS service as the traditional telecommunication without making the IP network complexity. The technical problem of IP telecommunication network can be solved and it will be realized soon.
