摘要
本文首先介绍了语音编码技术中对语音质量的评价方法,然后对几种典型的IP电话语音压缩技术标准 进行了阐述,最后,对三种常用的IP电话语音压缩技术参数进行了比较。
This article is about voice compression technic for IP phone. First it introduces the evaluation measure for voice quality of voice compression technic,and then explains some typical voice compression technic for IP phone. At last,it compares the parameter of the three kinds of voice compression technic that in common use.
