摘要
以黔湄419多抗材料为研究对象,从形态、生理、酶活性等方面对其抗性机理和抗性进行了研究。结果表明,牡蛎盾蚧、椰圆蚧对黔湄419危害指数平均减退率为98 5%~95 2%,侧多食跗线螨、茶饼病、白星病的危害指数为1级,表明黔湄419对上述病虫害达到高抗水平,对小绿叶蝉等病虫害有一定的抑制作用。黔湄419过氧化氢酶系统活力强,其抗寒能力较强;根系活力强(62 57μg·g-1·h-1),对环境适应能力较强,宜种植范围广;该品种还有较强的耐旱力(耐旱系数为0 61)。
The polyresistance mechanism of tea tree Qianmei 419 was studied from different respects The results showed that the damage average down of Qianmei 419 is 985%-952% by Polyphaqotarsonemus latus(Banks) and Paralepidosaphes tublorum Ferris.The damage index is 1 level by Temnaspidiotus desfructor and Exobasidium vexans Massee.The Qianmei 419 was high resistance.The vigor of roots system is 6257 μg·g-1·h-1,and the catalase activity is best in Qianmei 419.
