现阶段玉屏县农业可持续发展存在诸多矛盾,为解决这些矛盾,在分析玉屏县农业经济发展现状的基础上,通过建立符合玉屏县实情的农业可持续发展指标体系,运用主成分分析法及AZCFFX.BAS程序综合测试玉屏县农业可持续发展水平,以便全面把握现阶段玉屏县农业发展的重点和方向:首先应从农村社会和农业科技两方面入手,进一步控制人口增长,大力开发人力资本;加大农业投入,切实加强农业基础设施建设;建立与农业可持续发展相协调的科技支撑体系;政府应加大农业科教经费的投入力度。

A great deal of contradictions exist in the agricultural sustainable development of Yuping county in the present stage.In order to solve these contradictions,this text is on the basis of analysing the current situation of agricultural economic development in Yuping county,through setting up the agricultural sustainable development index system which accords with the truth of Yuping county,using the main composition analytic approach and AZCFFX.BAS procedure to test the sustainable development level of agriculture of Yuping county synthetically.In order to hold the focal point and direction of agricultural development of Yuping county in the present stage allsidedly: Should start with from rural society and two respects of agricultural science and technology at first,control population growth further,develop the manpower capital energetically; strengthen agricultural input,strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction conscientiously; set up science and technology with the agricultural sustainable development coordination system.The government should strengthen the input of popular science funds of agriculture.
