摘要
总结了近年来异色瓢虫人工饲料的研究进展,包括人工饲料的种类、配方、对异色瓢虫生殖生理的影响等。以猪肝—蔗糖为基础的人工饲料饲养异色瓢虫产卵343.8粒,最高达1029粒。雄峰蛹是饲养异色瓢虫效果最好的人工饲料,产卵率达84 9%,产卵量为520 4粒,最多达1580粒。人工饲养的赤眼蜂蛹也可作为异色瓢虫的人工饲料。异色瓢虫规模化饲养的难题是人工饲料对瓢虫生殖力的负面影响,主要表现为产卵前期延长,产卵量少和孵化率低等。文中还讨论了异色瓢虫人工饲料的发展方向。
The development of artificial diet for Harminia axyridis (Pallas) was summarized in this paper,including the types (pig liversucrose,pupae of male bee and pupae of artificially cultured Trichogramma),recipe,effect on reproductive physiology and so on.The obstacle of massmultiplication of Harminia axyridis is the negatve effect of artificial diet on reproductive physiology.There are prolongation of preoviposition period,decrease of quantity of egg and reduction of percentage of hatch.The author also discussed the researching direction of artificial diet for Harminia axyridis.
