摘要
为探讨股骨头缺血坏死的发病机理 ,采用日本大耳白家兔每周 2次肌肉注射醋酸氢化考的松 (8mg·kg-1) ,造成激素性股骨头缺血坏死的病理模型 ,设立空白组 (A)和实验组 (B) ,检测动物血脂的变化。结果显示造模 8周时 ,实验组血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白均显著升高 ,高密度脂蛋白降低 ,两组相比有显著性差异。认为脂肪代谢紊乱可能是造成股骨头坏死的原因。
In order to study the pathogenesis of ischemic necrosis of femoral head (INFH),models of hormonal INFH were made in Japanese white rabbits by intra-muscular injection of hydrocordisone acetate (2 times/week; 8 mg·kg-1) and divided into the blank and experimental groups,and the change of blood lipid in the animals were determined. The results showed that the total plasma cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein ascended remarkably but the high density lipoprotein descended obviously in the experimental group eight weeks after the modelling. The comparison between the two groups showed a significant difference. It was believed that lipometabolic disorder may be the cause for INFH.
