摘要
对不同玉米品种感染玉米粗缩病毒 (MRDV)后体内过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶及超氧化物歧化酶酶活性的变化进行了研究。结果表明 ,发病后不论抗病品种还是感病品种 ,玉米叶片中过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性均呈上升趋势 ,而超氧化物歧化酶活性却因病毒的侵染而降低。各指标的变化幅度与品种抗感病性明显相关 :抗病品种发病后过氧化物酶活性上升 6 2 .5 % ,多酚氧化酶活性升达 11.75倍 ,而感病品种发病后仅分别上升2 5 .2 %及 74 .4 % ;抗、感病品种感染病毒后超氧化物歧化酶活性分别下降 39.3%和 10 .2 %。
The changes of POD,PPO,and SOD were experimented before and after different varieties of maize were affected by MRDV. The result shows that,after the effect the content of POD and PPO rise,but those of SOD decrease. And those variances show much close relation to the varieties'resistance or susceptance. Resistant variety's content of POD,PPO rise 62.5% and 11.75 ,which of the susceptance variety's are only 25.20% and 74.4%. The content of resistant and susuptant variety rise 39.3%,10.2% respectively. The result gives reference to quick biochemical identification on the Maize varieties resistance to MRDV in room and the use of resistant material.
