烟草工业下脚料综合利用研究(I)——抗菌成分的提取与抑菌效果测定

Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Material Produced from Tobacco Indust ry(I)——Extraction of Bacteriostasis Material and Test of its Bacteriostasis Effect

系统比较了热水、乙醇、乙醚、丙酮 4种溶剂和不同提取方法对烟厂下脚料抗性成分的提取效果及各种提取物的抗菌谱与抑菌能力。结果发现 :①4种浸提液的光吸收谱开差较大 ,表明浸出物的组成存在差异 ;② 4种浸提液的抗菌谱与抑菌效果亦不同 ,其中以乙醇浸提液的抗菌谱最广且抑菌效果最强 。

The extraction effects of four kinds of extraction sol vents e.g.water,ethanol,ether and acetone for bacteriostasis material from waste tobacco materials were compared and the resistance capacity of these extracts t o seven kinds of bacteria and fungi tested.The results showed that both the main components and the resistance capacity of these extracts are very different,wit h ethanol extracts giving the greatest resistance capacity to most tested bacter ia and fungi.
