摘要 运用体外分子进化技术 ,从人工合成的随机序列DNA库中筛选出多种不同结构的脱氧核酶 ,其催化活性已扩展到RNA切割、DNA激酶、DNA连接、DNA切割、DNA过氧化、金属螯合等多种酶活性。主要论述脱氧核酶的体外筛选 ,催化特性和影响因素 。 Deoxyribozymes(DNAzymes) of different structures isolated from a synthetic single strained DNA pool with random-sequence in vitro selection,exhibit the capacity of RNA-cleaving,DNA-phosphorylating,DNA-ligating,DNA-cleaving,DNA-peroxiding and phorphyrin-metalating.This review focuses on DNAzyme's in vitro selection,its catalytic characters and factors interfering with them,and its future applications.;
