乙肝病毒 (hepatitisBvirus,HBV)为嗜肝病毒 ,全世界有超过 3亿人受到乙肝病毒的感染。综述近年来乙肝疫苗的最新研究进展 ,并对乙肝疫苗的发展历程 ,应用中出现的问题 ,克服不应答及低应答的策略 。

Hepatitis b virus belongs to the family of hepadnavirus.More than 300 million people in the world are infected by HBV.This article reviewed the recent advances in hepatitis b vaccine.Many aspects of hepatitis b vaccine were dissertated in detail,especially the development of hepatitis b vaccine,the problems accrued in its application,the strategy to overcome the non-response or low response to the vaccine,the new ways to develop hepatitis b vaccines,and the novel DNA vaccine.;
