龙棕有性繁殖的初步研究

Study on Sexual Reproduction of Trchycarpus nana Becc.

龙棕是国家二级濒危保护植物,仅分布于云南滇中高原的部分地区。本文报道了龙棕种子繁殖的研究结果:1、种子的贮藏以室温湿沙贮藏为好,种子发芽率达70%;2、种子萌发温度以18～25℃为最适,此时发芽率达70%,发芽时间需150d左右;3、经处理的种子可提早15d左右发芽;4、光照对龙棕幼苗生长影响较大,在60%～70%的荫蔽条件下其幼苗长势最好。

Trchycaipus nana Becc. is the grade 2 national protection plant on the brink of extinction, only distrirbuted in some parts of the plateau in the middle of Yunnan.This paper reports the research results of Trchycanpus nana Becc. seed reproduction:1.The good conditiou for stering the seeds of Trchycarpu nana Becc.is the wet sand in a greenhouse, and the germination rate will be 70% next year.2. The desired temperature for the seeds to germinate is 18～25℃, and the germination rate will reach 70%.The germination period is about 150 days.3.The treated seeds will germinate about 15 days earlier.4.Illumination has a great effect on the growth of Trehycarpus nana  Becc.seedlings, and the best condition is that 60%～70% of Trchycarpus nana Becc.is kept away from the sun.
