摘要 番茄红素是最有效的抗氧化剂之一 ,每天食用番茄等富含番茄红素的食品有利于降低得癌症和心血管病等慢性病的机率。人类血清和组织中番茄红素水平和乳腺癌、前列腺癌等许多类型的癌症呈负相关。
