摘要
环己烯与戊酰氯在常温下混合均匀后 ,与苯反应生成戊酰基环己基苯 ,再经Wolff-Kishner-黄鸣龙还原反应及氯仿反应得到戊基环己基苯甲酸。本文着重对戊酰基环己基苯的合成进行了改进。
pentanoylcyclohexyl benzene was obtained from the reaction of benzene with the mixture of cyclohexene and pentanoyl chloride blended at room temperature. Following Wolff-Kishner-Huang reduction and chloroform reaction and so on, 4-(4-pentylcyclohexyl) benzoic acid was prepared. This work gave emphasis to the improvement for the preparation of 4-pentanoylcyclohexyl benzene.
