摘要
应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对10个茶树品种花粉形态进行了观察测定。结果表明,茶树花粉粒为近球形或扁球形,极面观为钝三角形,平均直径32.3~50.0μm,萌发孔为3沟孔,棱形。外壁厚2.5~3.5μm,分内、外两层,外层厚于内层,外壁表面为网状雕纹。但个别品种极面观为钝四角形、钝五角形,具4沟孔或5沟孔,萌发孔呈狭缝的。不同茶树品种的花粉粒其形状、大小、萌发孔,外壁表面纹饰均存在着差异、这些特征都反映了茶树花粉的演化趋势。
Pollen grains of ten species of Camellis sinenis (L.)Kuntze wereexamined with optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope. The pollengrain is subspheroidal or oblate in equatorial view, triangle in pollar view. Theaverage diameter is 32.3~50.0μm. The aperture is tricolpate, angular. The exine is2.5^-3.5μ in thickness and of two layers. The extexine is thicker. The exineornamentation is reticulate. A few species have 4 or 5 colpates. The differencesin size, shape, exine thickness, exine ornamentation and colpates of pollen grainsreflect the evolution trends.
