摘要
分析和比较了长白猪、大约克夏猪、杜洛克猪的常规核型、G带、C带和Ag-NOR带。结果表明,3个品种常规核型及G带无明显差异,C带品种间存在多态性,长白、大约、杜洛克猪的Ag-NOR数分别为2.012,2.064,2.045个,众数均为2个。
The conventional karyotype, G-band and Ag-NOR of chromosomeswere analysed and compared between Landrace, Yorkshire and Duroc pigs. Theresults show that the differences between the conventional karyotype and G-band of the 3 pig breeds are not significant. The C. band polymorphism of ch-romosome is observed among the 3 pig breeds. The average Ag NOR numbers ofLandrace, Yockshire and Duroc are 2.012,2.064, and 2.045 respectively. The modeis 2 in each of the 3 pig breeds.
