摘要
本试验对金针菇20个菌株的特征特性进行了研究,并将几个有代表性的性状,菌柄的酯酶同工酶谱进行聚类分析,明确了株菌间的亲缘关系。据此可将它们分为4种基本类型,并筛选出了一蝗优良菌株供生产应用。
Characteristics of 20 strains of flammulina velulipes were studied.Their typical characters and isoesterase zymogramme of the stalk were analysedwith system cluster method. The results show that the 20 strains can be dividedinto four groups. Some high-yield and good-quality strains have been screenedout for field production.
